What Are You Passionate About Right Now?

Helping busy people to raise their vibration by eating clean, high life force energy food that makes them feel good. To give people more time to do what they love the most because they have the energy and the time to do it. Knowing that they are nourishing themselves from the inside out with our clean food.

What Inspired You To Live Healthy?

Since I was 13 until 32, I always WANTED to live healthy, but I could never stay sober or drug free for more than a day or two. I travelled to parts of the world most people would never go to find spirituality (myself) and to try and fix this hole in the soul I so yearned to fill. So, what inspires me today to live healthy? Today, I have a full life, an exciting life! In order for me to pack into my day what I do, I must have a healthy life: mind , body and spirit. For me to be able to inspire others, I can only share my experience and lead by example. All I have is my story… That’s what inspires me today. For me, it started with food.

What’s your number one life lesson you’ve learned?

No matter where you go, or how far you travel, that you always, always take yourself with you. That healing begins from within. Go within. All the answers lie there. Not “out there” Not in someone else, not in something else. All we have and ever need is inside each of us

If you could make one positive change in the world, what would it be?

To help others help themselves to raise their consciousness and energy vibration. To know, truly know that we are one, we are all here because we have chosen to be here. That at any moment on any day, our "soul" purpose in life is to follow our highest excitement, every second of the day, without any expectation of the outcome PS. I am not there on this one yet myself, I do the first half, but I still have to watch the expectation bit a lot!!!

If you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be?

Don’t take yourself so seriously little one. You are safe. I’ve got your back.

What do you love about what you do?

I get to make beautiful food for the People of Perth. I get to give jobs to people who love what they do. To inspire them to live healthier lifestyles. I get to interact with like minded humans (and some animals) and together we raise our collective consciousness for a more positive experience on this planet. Did you know, that just by doing what you love, what excites you, your energy bounces off you and expands out and without even knowing it, you help others to do the same!

If you had to give one healthy piece of advice to our readers what would it be?

Do what you love, go after what excites you. What drives you? Find out what makes that fire inside you burn. Ask your higher self for the courage and the willingness to take action everyday on that. Take a risk. Go after what you want, drop the expectation on the outcome. Just follow your excitement!!!

If you had one superpower what would it be?

To fly! Haha, actually I don’t know. If I told you I believe we can already do that we just have to remember that we can, you’d probably think I’m totally nuts! But I do, there... I said it.

What’s the number one value or motto you live by?

Do unto others as they would do unto you. Treat myself and others with loving kindness. Truth there is only truth. To be of service to anyone, anywhere.

What are your five fool proof ways to feel good?

Walks on the beach every morning with my staffy Lotti

What is your No 1 natural beauty tip?

Walks on the beach and daily meditation are my natural beauty tips.

What keeps you motivated to stay so fit?

For me and the type of personality that I am, I actually need regular exercise that helps me to “empty my cup” in the morning so that I can fill it again during the day. I exercise quite strenuously 3 days a week for about 45 minutes. The motivation for me is that if I don’t, I can become restless with excess “mental energy”. Exercise really helps me settle, in combination with my morning and evening routine, its actually paramount for me to good wellbeing. If I don’t do these things I tend to fall off the wagon pretty quick. For someone who abhors routine as much as I do, I really, really need it!!!

What leads you to live a healthy lifestyle?

I am here on this planet to do more than just get up go to work, earn money because the system tells me that’s what I need to do. Get a home loan, get into debt for 30 years because the system tells me I need to. Because that’s what success looks like. No, I chose this life, in this time to choose differently. To help others to awaken to their souls purpose, through awakening to mine. Because we are physical beings, it’s difficult for us to go sit on a mountain and meditate our way into enlightenment. We have chosen to occupy physical space in this life so for us, is we can clean up our bodies, it allows us then to clear the fog in our minds, to think and act more clearly, with compassion and love. I spent the 23 years of my life filling my veins and bloodstream with harmful toxins through substance abuse, I know, only too well both ends of the spectrum.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to start living healthier?

I would ask “What are 2 areas of your life you would like to makes changes to not including diet?

Your relationship, children, work, fitness, time for you?

Then draw a pyramid and divide it in 3 horizontal lines. Put diet at the top, then the other two in the order of your priority. My experience has been is that it always starts with diet. Again… when we can clean up our bodies on a physical plane, when we learn about which foods are right for our specific body make-up or dosha. We start to awaken to become more open to other more spiritual and altruistic levels, because our bodies, and in turn minds are not bogged down trying to digest food that doesn’t suit us. In turn we have more energy, which makes us feel lighter, more happy and positive about life. We start to want to look at other areas of our life that we would like to focus on, things don’t seem so overwhelming, we have more energy to get to things that are important to us.

What are your top 3 beauty or skincare products?

Food that’s right for my body type, minimum 3 Litres water a day, regular prayer and meditation.
Feeding my body from the inside out is the best skincare regime of all

If you had to eat one food group for the rest of your life what would it be?

Easy: Veggies!!!!
