How it works

Focus on being the best you possible. No visiting the supermarket, cooking or cleaning necessary!


Step 1: Check you're in our delivery area

Please check you qualify for delivery by visiting our delivery map. If your area is outside the delivery zone and you mistakenly place an order, refunds are not possible for this event. An address will need to be nominated that falls within our delivery zone.

Step 2: Order before 10am Sunday

Choose from our protein-packed, vegan or gluten free menu or let us inspire you with a meal pack. Place your order before Sunday 10am to be included in Wednesday’s delivery.  Minimum order is $80.00 and delivery fee is a flat rate of $14.50.

Step 2: Delivered Fresh or Pickup

Our meals are crafted in Denmark, Western Australia using some of WA's finest local produce and delivered fresh. Delivery day is Wednesday. Delivery times  are between 7:00am and 6pm. 

You will receive a text message the day before with a 1.5 hour eta, and a notification text on delivery.  For first time customers, we provide boxes, and cooling bricks, you don't need to do anything! You don't even need to be home:)

If you live in Denmark, you can collect your meals from WH Headquarters at 1/40 SouthCoast Hwy, Denmark between 4 and 6pm on Tuesdays. Alternative times can be arranged prior if needed 

Step 3: Nourish Yourself

All there is left is to sit back and enjoy, whether you heat in the oven, microwave, or freeze for later. We love your feedback, so don’t forget to #wholisticallyhealthy and tell us how it was!

We're here to help make your life easier,  not be the fun police... but here's some important stuff we have to be clear about.

Our meals are a refrigerated product, food safe temperatures are checked and maintained throughout our distribution. We are unable to be accountable for any issues once your box is delivered. Whilst we do our very best to get your goodness delivered on time, we are reliant upon third party couriers and there are some things we can't control like the weather or major traffic delays. However, we will always do everything we can to assist you. Re-delivery fees will apply to incorrect addresses and undeliverables. Changes to delivery addresses can be made up until 9am on the Monday prior to delivery day.
