What if I fall outside of the delivery area?

No problem. Generally we are happy to deliver to most areas in the metro area for a minimum order. Simply get in touch with us at [email protected] to see if you qualify!

What happens if I am not home?

No problem! We know you might not have time to stay home all day and wait our for us – so we have created the esky system. Simply leave out your esky and we will swap it out with a fresh one filled with goodness. If you’re a new customer we will leave you an esky with your first order. Either way we’ve got you covered.

Do you deliver to workplaces?

We certainly do! If your workplace falls within the delivery zone and you will be at work during our delivery window, then we are more than happy to come to your workplace.

When do you deliver?

We deliver on Wednesdays between 9am and 6pm to bring your healthy meals for the  week. Please place your order by Monday 12 pm to be included in that Wednesday's delivery.

I don't want to make another order

Should you wish to discontinue ordering with Wholistically Healthy (we hope not!), the esky and ice block are yours to keep or can be returned to our Osborne Park kitchen for refund.

How late can I order?

Order cutoffs are 12 noon Mondays. If your order is placed thereafter, there may be a chance your order will roll into the following week. 

Help! I've lost my esky!

No problem! Just let us know and we can replace your esky.

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes, our minimum order is $50.00

How much is delivery?

Our meals are delivered for a flat rate of $10. A refundable $8 esky fee is also chargeable and will be refunded on the successful return of the esky.

Do you cater to special diets or allergies?

Absolutely, our menu is designed for the following diets:

  • Gluten free,
  • Nut free (tree nuts, peanuts and sesame)
  • Vegan
  • Vegetarian
  • Limited Vegan Paleo
  • Sattvic
  • Highly alkaline.

How long do your meals last in the fridge?

4-5 days

Can I freeze your meals?

Most of our meals are freezable for your convenience. Freezing and reheating instructions are indicated on the menu and on our packaging.

Are your meals reheatable?

Some of our meals are reheatable, some a better eaten fresh. Instructions are indicated on our labels.

Where can I find your nutritional information?

Wholistically Healthy is still growing and we are still perfecting our menu and updating our nutritional information on all our product lines. Rest assured, our food is wholesome, no additives, no bad stuff and prepared with plant based ingredients only. Feel free to contact us if you would like more information about our ingredients.

Does your menu change?

Sure does. We change our menu weekly to use seasonal, local produce. 

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

We believe in being kind to our bellies, as well as the environment. All of our packaging is biodegradable and eco-friendly.

Is your packaging microwave/oven safe?

According to Ayurveda, we prefer that you don’t microwave anything. We prefer you to use the oven as indicated on our reheating instructions. Before reheating, please remove the plastic lid first. In our meal containers, the sugar cane base is perfectly safe to microwave.

Why are all our meals plant-based?

In Ayurveda, foods are organised by life force energy into three groups: Sattva, Rajas, Tamas. Meat falls into the Tamasic group, meaning that it is considered to have low, or even negative life force. According to Ayurvedic tradition, Tamasic foods should only make up 5% of our diet. In our meals, the Tamasic aspect comes from mushrooms, onions, and occasional frying. We leave the choice of adding or excluding meat up to you.
