Orders and deliveries
• What suburbs do you deliver to?
We deliver to most Perth metropolitan areas. Click the link below to view our map of our delivery area in Perth, Western Australia. Delivery Area Map
• What if I fall outside of the delivery area?
Generally we are happy to deliver to most places in the metro area for a minimum order. Simply get in touch with us to see if we can accommodate you.
• Do you deliver to workplaces?
We certainly do! If your workplace falls within the delivery zone and you will be at work during our delivery window, then we are more than happy to come to your workplace.
• When do you deliver?
We deliver on Wednesdays between 7am and 5pm to bring your healthy meals, cool and fresh for the week.
• How late can I order?
Order cutoffs 10am Sunday, unless it's its a long weekend. On long weekends order cutoff is 10am Monday. If your order is placed thereafter, there may be a chance your order will roll into the following week. Please get in touch asap if this is the case to make sure we can capture you in the right delivery window!
• Pickups
Great Southern customers need to place their order by Sunday 10am. Collection times are Tuesdays between 3 and 6pm. Alternative times can be arranged with prior notice.
• Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, our minimum order is $80.00 for delivery. There is no minimum for pickup
• What payment methods can I use?
We accept credit cards and Paypal.
Product Information
• Do you cater to special diets or allergies?
Absolutely, our menu is designed for the following diets: Gluten free, Nut free (tree nuts, peanuts and sesame), Vegan, Vegetarian, Limited Vegan Paleo, Sattvic, Highly alkaline. Browse our menu for more information or contact us if you have any further questions before ordering.
• How long do your meals last in the fridge?
Our meals last 3 days for salad items, 4 days for protein meals, 5 days all other plant based meals.
• Can I freeze your meals?
Most of our meals are freezable for your convenience. Freezing and reheating instructions are indicated on the menu and on our packaging.
• Are your meals reheatable?
Some of our meals are re-heatable, some are better eaten fresh. Instructions are indicated on our labels.
• Where can I find your nutritional information?
Nutritional information is available on our labelling as well under each product on the website. While we do our best to provide nutritional values for all of our meals, due to our ever changing menu, sometimes we need a little time to get these done for you. Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions about our product.
• Does your menu change?
Sure does. We change our menu weekly to cater for seasonal, local produce.
• Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We believe in being kind to our bellies, as well as the environment. All of our packaging is made from recycled materials.
• Is your packaging microwave or oven safe?
Yes! Our packaging is safe for the microwave and ovenproof, just remove the lid first. According to Ayurveda, we prefer that you use the oven instead of the microwave, as indicated on our reheating instructions. For more information, check the label.
• Can I change my items in a meal pack?
No, the items that come with the meal packs are carefully put together based on customer feedback. If you cannot/prefer not to eat a certain product, its best to order your meals individually.
• If I purchase a gift card, can it be refunded?
No, gift cards are non transferrable and non refundable.
