Ingredients

1 cup nut milk of your choice (almond, macadamia or cashew work beautifully)

1 heaped tbsp nut butter (peanut, almond or cashew)

½ cup frozen raspberries (or mixed berries)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp cacao nibs

½ frozen banana (optional, for creaminess)

A few ice cubes

Splash of water if you like it thinner
Method

Add nut milk, nut butter, berries, protein powder and frozen banana (if using) to your blender.

Blitz until smooth and creamy.
