Where We Deliver

Our nutritious, wholesome meals are delivered fresh to your door — home or office — every Wednesday and some areas on Thursday. Please check your postcode below to which zone we will be delivering to on which day.

Please note the minimum basket size must reach $80 before being able to checkout.

It is not possible to specify an exact delivery time. You will receive a text from our carrier with a timeslot on the day of delivery.

and see if we can deliver for a minimum order or to your workplace instead! 

DELIVERY CHANGES

Please make sure you have the correct address for delivery, we are unable to make changes to delivery addresses after 9am on Monday before your delivery day.

Our goal? To help life run as smoothly as a well-prepped kitchen — no burnt toast, no soggy pasta.
But, like any good meal, there are a couple of key steps we can’t skip, so let’s dish them out:

DELIVERY POLICY

All of our products are delivered fresh and chilled to the address stated at checkout and must be refrigerated upon arrival. Once the products are delivered, we cannot be held responsible for deliveries that are left to be stolen.

You are responsible for inspecting your order and communicating any defaults in delivery and we must be notified on the day of delivery; incorrect products, defective products, delivery has not arrived on the requested date. If these issues should occur, we must be notified via phone or email in order to investigate and provide a response. We reserve the right not to refund or replace your order free of charge should this issue be raised after the day of delivery and depending on the outcome of the investigation.

RETURN POLICY 

If you’re area is outside the delivery zone and you mistakenly place an order,
refunds are not possible for this event. 

Returns are not accepted due to the nature of our products. Should the products in your delivery be defective, we must be notified via phone or email in order to investigate the claim. Photographs will be required by the team at WHLY as supporting evidence. Refunds in this instance are not guaranteed.
