Jasmine Jun Kombucha
Jun is the lesser known relative to Kombucha, originating from Northern China and Tibet.
Jun translates to ‘king’ and ‘handsome’ which is fitting for its soothing effervescent flavour. Jun is known as the champagne of kombucha, due to the gentler fizz, slightly sweeter flavour profile and floral notes.
Jun uses organic green and jasmine tea alongside Southern Forest Honey. Jun SCOBY’s are a distinctly different culture with its own unique bacteria profile and benefits.
